Loyalty is one of Soda's Projects, profiled in April 99
Loyalty is a Customer Relationship Management training game. The aim of the game is to build up a population of loyal customers by meeting their needs (which they express visually through speech bubbles). Using artificial intelligence, the players ‘communicate’ with one another. Look after them, and they will pass the word on to other characters on screen, who might also become customers. Fail to meet their needs, and they will badmouth you.
Originally commissioned by the online bank “Egg”, the project was used to focus CRM training sessions.
